DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS
MASTERING MEDIA RECEIPT SPECIFICATIONS:
Please deliver your files at the highest resolution possible, based upon you session capabilities.
DIGITAL HI-RESOLUTION WAV OR AIFF FILES ARE PREFERRED FOR UPLOAD
PHYSICAL MEDIA INCLUDING CDS OR PHYSICAL DRIVES ARE ALSO ACCEPTABLE
PLEASE INCLUDE IN-DEPTH DOCUMENTATION INCLUDING ARTIST/BAND NAME, ALBUM TITLE, SONG TITLES, SEQUENCE, ETC.
PLEASE INCLUDE ALL ADDITIONAL METADATA INCLUDING ISRC CODES, UPC, INDIVIDUAL SONG INFO, ETC.
GENERAL IDEAS, COMMENTS AND SUGGESTIONS ABOUT YOUR EXPECTATIONS ARE CERTAINLY WELCOME
WHAT WE WILL DELIVER:
INITIALLY A REFERENCE MASTER (DDP FILES W/ EMBEDDED PLAYER) WILL BE PROVIDED FOR YOUR APPROVAL
IF CHANGES ARE REQUIRED, ONE OR MORE REVISIONS ARE INCLUDED
ALL REFS AND MASTERS WILL BE DELIVERED AS DDP FILES (W/ EMBEDDED PLAYER) UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED
THERE WILL ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR ALTERNATE MASTERS (I.E.- INSTRUMENTALS, VINYL PRE-MASTER, “MASTERED FOR ITUNES, ETC.)
FILES FOR ALTERNATE MASTERS MUST BE PROVIDED ALONG WITH REGULAR FILES
POST-PRODUCTION MEDIA RECEIPT SPECIFICATIONS:
Please divide your film into 20-30 minute reels, depending upon the size of your session.
THE FIRST REEL SHOULD HAVE A TITLE CARD (I.E.- MOVIE TITLE, EDITOR, FRAME RATE, QUICKTIME FORMAT, ETC.)
ALL AUDIO SHOULD BE DELIVERED AS EITHER AN OMF OR AAF FILE.
ALWAYS INCLUDE A ONE SECOND 2-POP AND TAIL-POP, WITH A CORRESPONDING COLOR BAR, TWO SECONDS BEFORE THE PICTURE BEGINS/ENDS.
DIVIDE THE REELS SO TIMECODE IS CONTINUOUS, IF POSSIBLE.
PLEASE INCLUDE A SEPARATE QUICKTIME H.264 FILE WITH TIMECODE BURN-IN AND FORMAT AT 1920×1080.
ENCAPSULATE/EMBED FILES FROM ORIGINAL AND INCLUDE AT LEAST 5 SECOND HANDLES
WHAT WE WILL DELIVER:
INITIALLY YOU WILL RECEIVE QUICKTIME FILES FOR STEREO REFERENCE AND APPROVAL
DOLBY ATMOS WILL BE DELIVERED AS A DOLBY ATMOS MASTER FILE AND 7.1, 5.1 AND 2.0 AUDIO WILL BE DELIVERED AS DISCRETE MONO CHANNEL AUDIO (L,C.R,LS, LS, LFE)
ALSO ALL NECESSARY STEMS WILL BE DELIVERED (DIALOG, FX/FOLEY, MUSIC, MUSIC/FX)
ALL STEMS WILL INCLUDE STEREO AND SURROUND ELEMENTS
